For some reason, the light (for taking pix at night) is stuck on. I have tried disconnecting all of the batteries, and turning it back on, but the light will not go out. To save the battery, I have removed the bulb. Any ideas?
Thanks! |

I believe Bill will jump in here and have the answer for you . . . but I have had this happen on a camcorder unit using a video light board which is very similiar to the CellularEye setup . . . I had the control wires reversed and this would have the lamp ON all of the time. I just swtiched the wires and all was good.
Has it been working all long but only recently begun doing this? If so, what if anything have you done to the unit that could have triggered the change? Think thru the battery hookups. The 12V batteries only function is the run the light and charge the phone. Change the leads for the 12V battery and see if they are reverse polarized. . pos to neg and neg to pos via the color of the wires. Make sure they are red to pos and black to neg. This could be the issue. ![]() PaPaBob

It sounds like the video light board is not working. You will need to email us at support@pixcontroller.com to get a RMA number so you can send your system in for repair.
