I found a good hornets nest and it looked like it had been torn up by an animal several weeks earlier, bo I decided to place a camera aimed at the hive to see just what type of animals would rip apart a hornets nest. I was hoping it wasn't a human having fun with bees but never saw any sticks or rocks around that could have been thown at the nest.
I had photos of elk and a coyote after several months and finally gave up, but went by the hive last week and it had been torn off the limb, gave up too soon I guess. cliff I have a camera on an ant hill now to see what is digging in them. I will try longer this time.
