Introduction
The UndercoverEye™ Trekker is the prefect setup for
undercover surveillance operations. The small size of this product
makes it easy to conceal and fast to deploy. The UndercoverEye™
Trekker
wireless base unit a includes MiniDVR (Digital Video Recording)
recording unit with a built in 12V Li-Ion rechargeable battery to
power the external video camera. No external power source is needed.
The UndercoverEye™ Trekker can easily be setup into false ceilings, desk
drawers, or car interiors/trunks and triggered via a manual wireless
keyfob or wireless PIR sensor. The systems can be setup for long
term unattended remote surveillance or fast deployed covert
surveillance. The UndercoverEye™ Trekker can be buried in the ground for
"groundhog type" setups.
This will be the must have tool for any law enforcement officer
needing a small all-in-one system to record criminal activity
such as drug deals or illegal arms deals. The long battery life of
UndercoverEye™ Trekker makes the unit versatile enough for remote
surveillance such as metal and
anhydrous ammonia theft.
The UndercoverEye™ Trekker system can work with various video
cameras such a Bullet cameras, Day Color/Night IR video cameras, or
covert pinhole video cameras to capture the targeted area. There is
also an audio input port for sound MIC to record sound for
applications allowing this feature.
The UndercoverEye™ Trekker system utilizes advanced battery
savings sleep mode whereby its passive infrared, wireless motion
detector (PIR) automatically switches the UndercoverEye™ Trekker system from
sleep mode to active mode when someone walks into the target area.
This mode will enable the UndercoverEye™ Trekker system to be deployed
unattended for long periods of time. The UndercoverEye™ Trekker system also
comes with a wireless keyfob option for manually triggering the base
recording unit for various surveillance setups/operations.
This system is very simple to use and fast to
deploy. A single person can deploy UndercoverEye™ Trekker giving audible
feedback from sensors triggers during setup. The user can adjust how
the UndercoverEye™ Trekker system will operate by easy to use DIP Switches
along with graphical instructions. Adjustable settings include
sensor address response, recording times, keyfob manual or PIR
automatic mode, test sensor mode, or review video mode.
