Olympus D-360L Example using
the RS-232 chip

The above example
uses the PixController Universal board with Olympus
D-360L digital camera using the RS-232
PIC chip.
Parts List:
1. PixController Universal with RS-232 PIC chip
2. Board Mounting Kit
3. 4 AA Battery Holder
4. External switch (Part No. SWT001)
5. Camo Dipped Pelican 1120 case from www.whitetailsupply.com,
note: you can use the smaller Pelican 1060 case for
this project.
6. Small U-Bolts.
7. Glass - glued down using Marine GOOP. You need two separate
pieces of glass.
8. Large Rubber Washer - Mask off Camera Lens
from Flash to avoid flash bleed.
9. With counter added.
Building Notes
This is an example of a "Plug-n-Play" type of
digital camera trail camera. No camera modifications are
needed. Simply plug in the included 2.5mm cable into the
serial port of the D-360L and to the 2.5mm
connector on the PixController Universal board. You only
have to make 3 solder jumpers
to configure the 2.5mm connector. |
