Introducing the new PixController LE board camera controller board. The LE board means “Light Edition”, and is basically a scaled down version of our Universal board without the expensive connectors and some hardware components, i.e., RS-232. Two PIC chips to select from (LE and LE II), which will run 16 different camera controls modes, which controls a whole host digital cameras, 35mm cameras, and even LANC video camcorders! Simply select the camera type on our easy to use DIP switch. Interface ports include Shutter, Refresh, Power On/Off controls for hardwired digital and 35mm cameras, LANC/ACC-Terminal port, and an External Light port. All this at a price you can afford! Our new smaller board size will let you design trail camera systems to fit into smaller cases such as the Pelican 1020 and Pelican 1010 case! The unique dual-element PIR sensor, same as used on our Universal board, means the board can be mounted either vertically or horizontally unlike any other board on the market today. Board can be mounted vertically or horizontally. No need to order a special PIR orientation. Our unique dual element PIR sensor, the same PIR sensor used on the Universal board can be mounted in any orientation. | ||

External light port. This can switch up to a 4.2 amp supply for lights and IR LED arrays. | ||

Dual LED’s for better board diagnostics. Our unique LED’s design, super bright red control LED, and green PIR LED is used on all of our motion sensing boards. The LED layout is designed to shine through the PIR lens so you do not have to drill extra holes in your case. With other board designs you don't get any feedback! | ||

Controls LANC Video Camcorder, Digital Cameras, and 35mm Cameras all on one board! | ||

Fast re-trigger PIR! Our PIR can be re-triggered within 1 second unlike up to 20 seconds like our competitors. With this you get features like continuous filming as long as motion is present for LANC camcorder setups. This feature alone makes completive products basically useless! | ||

Fast and Slow camera startup modes. Allows you to use any kind of memory card in your camera unlike other board designs. | ||

Day, Night, or 24 hour operation setting. | ||

Auto walk test mode on power up. Our walk test mode will blink every time you walk into the PIR detection area. We give instant feedback unlike other control boards that make you wait 20 seconds until the PIR can be triggered again. | ||

Low battery level detection - the green PIR LED will blink when a low battery is detected. Other board designs leave you guessing when your battery is low! | ||

10-Postion DIP switch so you can easily configure board settings. | ||

Tiny board size. Fit a Sony DSC-P41 into a Pelican 1020 case with room to spare. Competitive controllers are twice the size!! | ||

PIR sensitivity POT to adjust the PIR detection range. | ||

Day/Night sensor POT to adjust the light detection level. There is a DIP switch setting in which you can calibrate this setting. The red control LED will be on when it detects darkness and gives you continuous feedback unlike other board designs. | ||

Auto PIR shut-down on low battery detection, unlike other controller boards that will take false photo after false photo when their battery becomes low! | ||

Reverse polarity circuit. This will protect your board if you install a battery backwards. There is an on-board fuse to protect your investment! | ||

Professionally built, assembled, tested, and packed in a bubble pack static bag and shipped in a strong cardboard box... unlike basement built control board that are shipped to you with solder flux residue and packed in a paper mailer! | ||

TTL Slave Flash trigger output – to be used in conjunction with our new Slave Flash board. This will allow you to use very inexpensive Digital CMOS board cameras. More to come on this in the future. | ||

Four #6-32 mounting holes with ample room around the holes – no traces are run near the holes so that washers and screw heads will not come in contact with them like you see on other board designs. | ||
