- Inspection/Acceptance of
received products: The buyer shall be responsible for
inspecting all products shipped prior to acceptance; provided,
however, that if Buyer shall not have given PixController, Inc.
written notice via email of rejection or shorted items to
amy@pixcontroller.com
within ten (10) days following receipt by Buyer, the products
shall be deemed to have been accepted by Buyer.

Manufacturing Lead Times

PixController, Inc. is a very unique company in that we
specialize many different motion-activated camera systems for
Wildlife Research, Nature and Wildlife Film Companies, and
Covert systems for Law Enforcement and Military use. Our
products are designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA.
Our products are not mass produced in China like many of our
competitors. We use high quality components to custom build
every product to withstand harsh environments and to last many
years. Because each of our products is custom built when the
order is placed require the following lead time:

Returns
policy
All returns must be authorized by an RMA Number. Email
support@pixcontroller.com for authorization number before
shipping back any merchandise. Please include your name, order
number, and the reason for the return in your email request. Once
the RMA number has been issued to the customer the product must be
shipped to PixController, Inc. within 14 days of issuing the RMA
number. If the product is not shipped within this time period the
RMA number will not be valid.
Returns for any unaffected products are permitted within 14
days from the date of receipt of merchandise. After such time, items
will incur a 15% restocking fee. Returns of wrong ordered items are
allowed. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if all
conditions a, b, & c (see below) are met.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are
not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being
returned to us.
All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and
clean condition. Returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt,
or otherwise 'played with' merchandise will not be accepted.
All returns must include all the factory accessories which
come with the item.
With your return, enclose the original receipt or a copy of
it. Also include a brief letter of explanation of why the
merchandise is being returned and state your request for either a
refund or an exchange. Include the authorization number on this
letter, and on the outside of the shipping box.
If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately
contact the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons, and email
PixController, Inc. immediately.
We reserve the right to limit quantities. Pictures are for
illustration purposes only. We are not responsible for typographical
errors.
RMA
Numbers
All returns must be authorized by an RMA Number. Email
support@pixcontroller.com for authorization number before
shipping back any merchandise. Please include your name, order
number, and the reason for the return in your email request. Once
the RMA number has been issued to the customer the product must be
shipped to PixController, Inc. within 14 days of issuing the RMA
number. If the product is not shipped within this time period the
RMA number will not be valid.
Repair & Technical Support Terms
- Technical Advice. PixController, Inc. may, at Buyer's
request, furnish technical assistance, advice and information with
respect to the products, if and to the extent that such advice,
assistance and information is conveniently available. It is
expressly agreed that there is no obligation to provide such
information, which is provided without charge, and at Buyer's risk.
No agent, employee or other representative has the right to modify
or expand PixController, Inc. standard warranty applicable to the
products or to make any representations as to the products other
than those set forth in PixController, Inc. product literature and
any such affirmation, representation or warranty, if made, should
not be relied upon by Buyer. Buyer shall be solely responsible for
making its own independent determination whether products ordered
will suit its needs and intended uses, and will not rely upon any
representations or warranties of PixController, Inc.
- Returned Goods Policy. After
acceptance, all sales of products shall be final. PixController,
Inc. may, in its sole discretion, authorize product returns in
appropriate circumstances, subject to such conditions as
PixController, Inc. may specify. Any such return is subject to
the express prior authorization of PixController, Inc. Buyer
must notify PixController, Inc. via email to support@pixcontroller.com,
and include "Warranty Repair Form" downloaded here:
Limited 1-Year Warranty
Repair Form
Customer Service will either authorize or deny the request for
return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All authorized
returned goods must be shipped Freight prepaid to the PixController,
Inc. location indicated on the "Warranty Repair Form",
except PixController, Inc. will pay freight costs for product
shipped-in-error. No returns will be authorized after thirty (30)
days following delivery. All returns are subject to a
handling/restocking charge, except for products shipped-in-error.
Products authorized for return must be in their original unopened
packaging to receive credit.
