Terms and Conditions

Terms of Service

1.      Returning Purchased Items. PixController, Inc. accepts returns for any unaffected item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of merchandise. After such time, all sales are considered final. “Unaffected” means a device has never been powered up, programmed, or otherwise changed. PixController, Inc. cannot accept returns on purchased items that have had electrical power applied to them, or been otherwise programmed, changed, or affected. 

2.      Shipping Limitations. When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions specified by PixController. All purchases from PixController are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from PixController pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. You are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes on your order. 

3.      Products, Content and Specifications. All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted in PixController literature (the term “literature” includes both printed material and also material published on PixController’s Web site, -- "Web Site"), are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. PixController, Inc., in providing literature, makes all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see on the Web Site will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services in PixController literature at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from PixController. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

4.      Accuracy of Information. We attempt to ensure that information in PixController literature (literature defined as in paragraph 3 above) is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, the information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We make no representation as to the completeness, accuracy or correctness of any information in PixController literature. For example, products included on the Web Site may be unavailable, may have different attributes than those listed, or may actually carry a different price than that stated on this Web Site. In addition, we may make changes in information about price and availability without notice. While it is our practice to confirm orders by e-mail, the receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order. 

Returns policy

All returns must be authorized by an RMA Number. Email for authorization number before shipping back any merchandise. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return in your email request. Once the RMA number has been issued to the customer the product must be shipped to PixController, Inc. within 14 days of issuing the RMA number. If the product is not shipped within this time period the RMA number will not be valid.

Returns for any unaffected products are permitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. After such time, items will incur a 15% restocking fee. Returns of wrong ordered items are allowed. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if all conditions a, b, & c (see below) are met.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us. 

All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise 'played with' merchandise will not be accepted.

All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item.

With your return, enclose the original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being returned and state your request for either a refund or an exchange. Include the authorization number on this letter, and on the outside of the shipping box.

If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons, and email PixController, Inc. immediately.

We reserve the right to limit quantities. Pictures are for illustration purposes only. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

RMA Numbers

All returns must be authorized by an RMA Number. Email for authorization number before shipping back any merchandise. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return in your email request. Once the RMA number has been issued to the customer the product must be shipped to PixController, Inc. within 14 days of issuing the RMA number. If the product is not shipped within this time period the RMA number will not be valid.


Security and Privacy Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at PixController, Inc. ( We have ensured the privacy and security of your transactions with us. Your credit card information and other data given during the order process will be guarded with the highest levels of security and confidentiality.

Secure On-Line Shopping

The information for all orders placed on our site is encrypted using SSL technology, so your transactions are completely protected. With SSL in place for both the client and the server, the information sent via the Internet will arrive via SSL-enabled browser. Most browsers today are equipped with SSL. To be sure your connection is secure when filling out the order form, simply check for the padlock icon in the bottom border of your browser window when viewing the order form itself. The icon should be visible and show the lock in the locked position.  

Note: Email is not encrypted and is not a secure means of sending credit card information. Please place all orders through the secure Web Site. Do not attempt to email an order.


Your Privacy Online

PixController, Inc. respects privacy of Internet Users and does not collect personally identifying information without the Internet User's permission. We don't sell anything to anyone. We don't really have the time or the energy! You can be confident that PixController, Inc. does not sell or exchange email addresses with third parties.

Returns for Refund

All merchandise returns for a refund or credit must be within 14 days in new, resalable condition. Please see our Return Policy for further information.

Limited 6-month Warranty:

PixController, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and manufacture for a period of six (6) months from the date of shipment. PixController, Inc. will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. The customer is, however, responsible for any transportation/shipping costs. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident, fire, water damage, theft, disappearance, misplacement, or unauthorized alterations or repairs. This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

The warranties and remedies contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties express, implied, or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state.

In no event shall PixController, Inc. be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product or from defects in this product.

This warranty is non-transferable. Warranty terms only apply to products purchased new from PixController, Inc. Used products purchased elsewhere will not be covered under this warranty.

To obtain warranty service, call PixController's Customer Service Department between the hours of 9am-5pm EST at (724) 733-0970 for a Return Authorization Number. The unit(s) should be securely packaged and sent freight prepaid to:

A copy of the original sales receipt is required as the proof of purchase for warranty repairs. PixController, Inc retains the exclusive right to repair or replace the unit(s) or offer a refund of the purchase price, less restocking, at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.

Any warranty applicable to non-PixController branded products is provided by the original manufacturer.  

Sales Tax

All orders with a Pennsylvania shipping address will include 6.0% Pennsylvania sales tax on the merchandise portion of your order, unless you provide us with an exemption permit or Pennsylvania resale tax form.


You may pay by check, money order, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. United States funds only. We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Purchase Orders: For corporate, universities, and Net30 accounts - we accept open-credit purchase orders pending credit approval. If your order is less than $500, please use a credit card. Please use our website to create the order. Choose 'Purchase Order' at checkout. This will allow us to capture your order, deduct inventory, and apply any discounts to your order. Fax us your offline order along with any supporting PO information needed to 724-733-0860.  


  • When we ship your item you will receive a USPS tracking number and confirmation your order was sent via email (only applies to orders shipped in the USA). All orders are usually shipped in 5-7 business days via USPS Priority mail or First Class mail. Please do not email us asking where your order is before this time

  • International orders are shipped via US Airmail, which does not have a tracking system. If you need tracking on International orders you may pay extra to have your order shipped via US Global Priority Mail, however, not all countries have tracking information for this method of shipping. Please allow and extra 2-4 weeks for your order to clear your countries customs office.

  • You will receive a USPS Shipping number upon shipment of your item via email - (only applies to orders shipped in the USA).

  • All Pennsylvania orders are subject to 6% sales tax.

  • Orders are usually shipped within 5-7 business days of receipt of payment. Note: eChecks must clear before shipping.

  • We do not charge extra shipping costs for backordered items.

  • Inspection/Acceptance of  received products: The buyer shall be responsible for inspecting all products shipped prior to acceptance; provided, however, that if Buyer shall not have given PixController, Inc. written notice via email of rejection or shorted items to within ten (10) days following receipt by Buyer, the products shall be deemed to have been accepted by Buyer.
